Impactful Service Manager for Supported Living

Royal Mencap Society in Gateshead is seeking a Service Manager to lead two supported living teams. You will empower adults with learning disabilities to live independently within their local community, overseeing two services and guiding a team of Support Workers.

You will ensure safety, social inclusion, and development of independent living skills, while managing rotas, training, and regulatory compliance in a collaborative, person-centred approach.
