Change Grow Live in Newham is seeking an Outreach and Engagement Recovery Worker to join the Outreach and Engagement team at the Newham Rise service. You will work across hubs and communities to support people facing substance use challenges, with barriers such as homelessness or language needs.
You will use lived experience or professional skills to help individuals navigate recovery, build resilience, and access services, while maintaining safeguarding and confidentiality.
