Affinity Trust is looking for a dedicated Support Worker in Fairlight to help people live as independently as possible and participate in everyday activities. You will support with daily tasks, personal care where needed, and medication assistance, enabling individuals to choose their own paths.
The role requires flexible hours, including weekends and some sleep-in shifts. Training is provided to ensure high-quality support for people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
