Dementia Care & Community Support Worker

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Care Assistant / STR Worker to support dementia care across Basildon, Brentwood and Thurrock. The role focuses on providing high-quality community-based care in service users’ homes and in care settings, with travel across a wide area and a rota-based schedule.

You will need dementia experience, a valid UK driving licence and a flexible, compassionate approach to care.
