Lifestyle & Activities Director – Care Home

Woodland Grove is seeking an experienced Activities Manager to lead meaningful activities for residents and to enhance their daily lives. You will plan activities aligned with residents’ interests, cognitive abilities and life stories, encouraging active participation and using creative approaches.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) on day shifts, offering a £30,000 annual salary and a supportive, family‑like care home environment where teamwork and compassion are highly valued.
