Care Support Worker – Drive Community Impact (Full-Time)

Lifeways Pine Court in Tonbridge is seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team, supporting young adults with complex needs including mental health conditions, autism, and learning disabilities. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week with shifts 7:30am–3:00pm and 3:00pm–10:30pm, and a driving licence is essential.

You’ll help with personal care, daily living skills, hobbies, and community engagement, while maintaining records and working with your team.
