Group Mental Health Practitioner (Low-Intensity Care)

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified practitioner to provide low intensity mental health interventions within HMP Woodhill. You will co-facilitate time-limited group interventions and, where appropriate, deliver 1:1 assessments while supporting the Mental Health team in clinical care.

The role involves liaising with primary care and prison services, attending meetings, and staying updated on policies and risk information.
