Night Young People’s Worker – Disability & Autism Support

Aberlour is seeking a Nightshift Young People’s Worker to join our Moray service. The role is permanent, working 33.25 hours per week on a 4 nights on / 4 nights off rota, with shifts from 10pm to 7:30am.

You will support children and young people with learning disabilities, bringing warmth and playfulness, while adhering to our values of respect and integrity. Training and supervision are provided to enhance practice.
