Youth Housing Support & Independent Living Coach

YMCA DownsLink Group is seeking a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our Hastings service on a 37.5 hours per week, permanent, onsite basis. You will hold a caseload of residents and meet weekly to build a support plan in a trauma-informed setting.

You will support young people aged 16-25 (care-experienced under 18), with duties including occupancy guidance, rent management, safeguarding, and record-keeping.
