Early Years Practitioner

This long-term role offers the chance to make a real impact during a crucial stage of children’s development while working as part of a dedicated Early Years team.

The Role

• Supporting children within a Nursery setting
• Delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Promoting children’s social, emotional and educational development
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working within an EYFS environment
• A good understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, patient and proactive approach
