Senior Residential Childcare Worker — Therapeutic Lead

Esland Care is seeking a Senior Children’s Home Support Worker to join our 365-day service in the Stoke-on-Trent area. The role offers a salary of £35,129.00 to £37,309.00 per annum with sleeps paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.80 to £14.85 depending on qualification.

Hours are 173 per month in a pattern of 1 day on, 2 days off, including sleep-ins. We support progression to Level 4/5 Residential Childcare and provide paid induction training.
