Active Prospects in Caterham is recruiting a Support Worker to help people with autism, learning disabilities and complex care needs lead a fulfilling life with opportunities, fun and goals. You will provide practical support, empowerment and encouragement to gain independence.
The role requires flexibility and maturity; some individuals may self-harm or experience trauma. You will join a team delivering compassionate, person-centred care, with a comprehensive induction and ongoing training.
