Esland Care is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker to help three active children thrive in a safe, nurturing home. You’ll provide daily care, emotional support and structure to promote wellbeing and development, with rota patterns including sleep-ins.

The role is a 365-day service requiring DBS checks and a commitment to consistent, compassionate support. You’ll have opportunities to progress and access paid induction and residential childcare qualifications.
