Runwood Homes is seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader to deliver person-centred care, with a focus on dementia care, and to lead a team of Care Assistants within one of our England homes.
You will plan high‑quality care, keep accurate records, supervise medication administration and audits, and support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
