Trauma-Informed Children’s Residential Care Worker

Excel & Emerge Care is recruiting a Children’s Residential Care Worker to join our residential childcare teams across Stoke-on-Trent and Crewe. You will provide direct care and support to children and young people in a safe, structured, nurturing environment, following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.

The role offers progression within the Children’s Residential Care sector, a permanent full-time contract with shift work including weekends and sleep-ins.
