School Family Support & Safeguarding Lead

Story Wood School in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to promote pupil safety, wellbeing and inclusion. The role includes safeguarding, attendance, and behaviour oversight, working with the Deputy Headteacher and SENCO to ensure every child is safe, supported and ready to learn.

Responsibilities include liaising with external agencies, leading attendance improvements, providing emotional support, and developing inclusive strategies for pupils with SEND.
