Flexible Bank Support Worker – Community Living

Swanton Care & Community Ltd is recruiting Bank Support Workers/Carers in Telford to help people live in and engage with their local community within supported living settings. You will assist with daily living, partner with service users on plans and promote wellbeing through community activities.
