Onside is seeking a Wellbeing & Emotional Support Practitioner to join our Worcestershire team, delivering early intervention and preventative emotional wellbeing support to children and young people aged 0-25.
You will manage a caseload, deliver one-to-one and group sessions, complete assessments, and work with families and partner agencies to improve mental health outcomes in Melo community hubs across Worcestershire.
