Independent Home Care Nurse – Compassionate Patient Support

The Pharmaxo Group is seeking a Home Care Nurse to support patients in clinics, residential settings and patients’ own homes across the UK. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs and collaborate with the NHS team to ensure safe, patient‑centred care.

Applicants must have current NMC registration, experience with subcutaneous, intramuscular or intravenous medications, SACT experience, a valid UK driving license and the ability to work autonomously with excellent attention to detail
