Deputy Manager – PBS Supported Living for Complex Needs

Agincare is seeking a Deputy Manager for a brand-new supported living service in Oldland Common, near Bristol. The role involves leading a team to deliver safe, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

The post is 40 hours per week, with shifts including evenings, weekends or on-call as needed. A Level 3 PBS qualification is preferred, or a commitment to achieve it.
