Children’s Residential Care Worker – Flexible Shifts

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking Residential Workers in locations across the county, including Aylesbury, Amersham, High Wycombe and Leighton Buzzard. You’ll work a variety of day and night shifts, providing a safe, supportive home environment and helping with daily routines, meals and activities.

You’ll collaborate with social workers and health professionals to follow each child’s care plan, use trauma-informed approaches, and keep clear records.
