Leeds Assertive Outreach Teams (AOT) are recruiting a mental health nurse to deliver care within a seven-day extended hours service in Leeds. The role requires a male candidate due to a Genuine Occupational Requirement, with a driving role essential because of community work.
You will work within an MDT to provide individual care packages for twelve service users, supporting those with psychosis and complex mental health needs, including CTOs and hospital admissions as needed.
