Empowering Children’s Residential Care Worker

Silver Birch Care Holdings is recruiting for a Children’s Residential Care Worker in Benecare. The role involves supporting young people daily, building confidence and life skills in a safe, nurturing home environment.

You will work 40 hours per week, including sleep-ins and weekends, focusing on record-keeping, care planning, and promoting independence. A Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care or willingness to study is preferred.
