Job Description:
Marie Curie UK is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Western Trust team for urgent hospice care at home and overnight visits. You will deliver holistic, person-centred end-of-life care, assess and plan care, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve experiences of dying, death and bereavement.
Reporting to the Hospice Ward Manager or equivalent, you will provide clinical leadership and direct patient care.
