Creative Pastry Sous Chef for Seasonal Desserts & Tea

Petersham Nurseries – Richmond is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the Restaurant Pastry section and Teahouse cake operations, including Afternoon Tea. You will develop seasonal desserts, ensure recipes, quality, and presentation, and work closely with the Sous Chef on management tasks.
