Lead Mechanical Technician – Flight Hardware & Assembly

Sierra Space is seeking a Mechanical Technician III to lead assembly, testing, and maintenance of flight hardware with precision and safety. You will mentor less experienced technicians and work closely with engineers to ensure dimensions and tolerances meet specifications.

Responsibilities include precision drilling, soldering, harness routing, inspection, in-process testing, and using high-precision measurement tools while following 5S, FOD, and ESD protocols.
