Covertec Structures in Lutterworth is seeking a Machine Operative to join our workshop team. You will work with PVC fabric, preparing, cutting and joining materials to create finished products for customers.
You’ll receive full training on our high-frequency welding machinery, so previous PVC welding experience isn’t required. The role is hands-on, practical and suitable for a reliable, detail-focused individual ready to learn in a small, family-run business.
