Graduate Supportability Engineer – Rotational Programme

Thales in the UK is offering a 3-year Engineering Development Programme for graduates starting September 2027 in Cheadle. The scheme includes year-by-year rotations, S&C with engineering teams, and accreditation by IET, IMechE and RAeS.

You will follow a structured learning path, gain hands-on experience on current and new products, and be mentored by the Engineering Leadership team while working a 37-hour week.
