The role will suit a graduate to recently qualified surveyor looking to develop their career assisting in the management of Powys County Council’s Farms Estate comprising let farms, bare land lettings and woodland.

- Experience of managing rural estate properties
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and organisations.
- Knowledge of farming systems
What you will do:
- Rural estate and property management
- Letting of farms and bare land
- Sale of surplus property
- Arranging farm and Estate building and improvement works
