Credit Controller: Property Tenant Debt Recovery

Confidential, a well-established property consultancy and asset management business, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join the finance team in Leeds. You will manage tenant arrears across a diverse UK portfolio and work closely with Property Managers and Surveyors to recover debts.

This permanent, full-time role focuses on timely payments, building positive relationships with tenants and clients, and producing regular debt recovery reports for internal stakeholders.
