On-Site Estate Manager: Safety, Service & Residents

Rendall & Rittner is seeking an Estates Manager to lead a 280-apartment development in Southampton. You will act as the on-site figurehead for residents and contractors, ensuring safety, compliance and smooth operation while coordinating maintenance, cleaning and contractor activities to deliver a first-class resident experience.

Working with the Property Manager and central teams, you’ll plan and oversee works, manage budgets and maintain accurate records.
