Eyewear Consultant & Customer Care

Boots Opticians in Harrogate is seeking a Retail Assistant to be the first and last face customers meet on the shop floor, building relationships by listening to their eyewear needs and guiding them to the right product or service.

You will handle glasses and contact lenses dispensing, support eye-tests and pre-screening activities, provide aftercare, complete dispensing administration, and help keep the store floor standards high. You will report to the store manager.
