Sheltered Housing Officer — Compassionate Tenant Support

Ealing Council is seeking two Sheltered Housing Officers for a full-time role based in our Sheltered Housing Service. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week), focusing on compassionate support for vulnerable and elderly tenants.

You will identify support needs during visits and work with internal teams and external agencies to provide practical help, safeguarding, and access to essential services. Full training will be provided.
