Billing Specialist – Property & Lease Admin (12m FTC)

SF Partners in Kingswinford is seeking a Billing Administrator to join a busy transaction team on a 12-month FTC. You will handle end-to-end billing, processing leases, renewals, invoices, and data changes, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.

It’s ideal for someone with billing, finance or admin experience, highly organised, comfortable with tight deadlines, and proficient in Excel. The role is based five days a week on site and offers cross-department collaboration.
