Child & Family Social Worker II – Community-Based

Monash Health in Melbourne is seeking a Grade 2 Social Worker to join the Child & Family Program on a part-time basis (0.6 EFT). The role provides psychosocial assessment, intervention, counselling and advocacy for children and families across multiple communities.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, support families through complex circumstances including crisis and service navigation, and contribute to outcomes through outreach and coordinated care.
