We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, high-calibre Human Resources Administrator with strong knowledge of GDPR regulations. This role offers exposure across all aspects of the business and would be well suited to a highly organised HR Administrator with excellent attention to detail who is looking to grow their career and is eager to learn new skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Directmanagers andemployeestoappropriateguidancechannelsandactasapoint of escalation for key HR matters or issues that arise
- The ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently, including (but not limited to), salaried and casual employees, ensuring all payroll deadlines are met
- Workcloselywith the Talent Acquisition teamtodirectandsupportonboardingofnewcandidates
- Responsible for delivering HR support on employee lifecycle processes relating to probation, contract changes, DBS, sickness, extended family leave, holidays, resignationsandretirementbyliaisingwithmanagers,producingcorrespondenceand updatingHRsystemstoallstaffacrosstherelevantemployeecohortwhilstworkingas part of team to deliver an overall seamless service
- EnsureallHRpoliciesandpracticesarefollowedandimplemented
- Ensuringpersonnelfilingismaintainedandarchivedinaccordancewiththeretention schedules
- Manageroutinehousekeepingdatacheckstosupporttheintegrityofthedata and system applications
- Ensure thedelivery ofcore HR services byadhering tobestpractice on allHR practices with a focus on continuous improvement
- Maintainconfidentiality in relationto peoplemattersandinformationmanagement complying with GDPR
What You’ll Need:
- Degree educated (desirable).
- Previous experience as a Human Resources Administrator, Onboarding Coordinator, or within an HR administration role.
- Previous experience in a support role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience using HR systems and managing employee records is desirable.
- A passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience from day one.
