HR Generalist: Inspire People, Performance & Inclusion

Circut UK is hiring a motivated HR Generalist to join our HR team in East Kilbride on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide day-to-day HR guidance, support managers with employee relations, and help drive wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.

You will partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs, prepare HR reports, and contribute to a high-performing workplace culture across our UK operations.
