Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mental Health IPS Employment Specialist to help people with serious mental health issues gain and sustain paid work. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, deliver vocational assessments, and develop tailored action plans to support recovery and employment goals.
You will travel across the county using your own vehicle and build relationships with local employers to provide in-work support and workplace adjustments.
