You will gain exposure to HR processes, people analytics, and stakeholder engagement while progressing through three placements in People Services, Operational HR, and Central People and Rewards.

You’ll complete a degree-aligned training plan, supported by regular reviews as you build skills in a dynamic food manufacturing environment across the UK.
