Junior Sous Chef — Fresh Café Kitchen, Fast-Paced Team

Green & Fortune is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to support the daily production of our café food offer for museum visitors in London. You’ll prepare fresh, high‑quality dishes, including salads, sandwiches and grab‑and‑go items, following recipes and presentation standards.

You’ll work at pace to plan production, manage stock, ensure food safety and allergen controls, and contribute ideas for seasonal dishes.
