DC HR Advisor — Payroll & ER Specialist

L’Oréal Group’s Physical Distribution HR team is seeking an HR Advisor to join us in Nottingham or Manchester on a fixed-term contract. You’ll support managers and employees across DCs with ER cases, absence and performance management, and own payroll data cycles to ensure accurate, on-time pay.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you’ll partner with line managers, drive data accuracy, and help shape a fair, compliant workplace across Bury, Nottingham and Trafford DCs.
