Stratus Search & Recruitment is seeking an HR advisor for a tier one construction main contractor near Hertfordshire. This hands-on role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and HR contracts, with travel to sites around London and two days in a Central London office near Euston.
One remote day per week is allowed. The ideal candidate will have construction or built environment experience, be flexible to travel, and be eligible to work in the UK.
