Youth Housing Support Officer: Empower & Build Skills

A2Dominion Group is seeking a Support Officer to join our supported housing services in Newbury. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to customers living in supported accommodation, helping them sustain tenancies, build confidence and develop essential life skills.

You will work with 18 to 35-year-olds, including young parents, promoting independence, choice and positive outcomes while supporting education, training or employment opportunities.
