HR Operations Specialist — 12-Month FTC (Hybrid)

SF Partners are recruiting for an HR Administrator on a 12 month FTC, supporting across the full employee lifecycle alongside HR data, payroll, compliance and employee queries. Immediate start required.

Location: Solihull. Hybrid – 3 days in the office. £30,000 per year.

The role will involve onboarding, contracts, changes, promotions, transfers and leavers, producing letters, maintaining HR systems and generating regular HR reports, plus payroll support and compliance checks.
