Retail Advisor – Tech Guidance & Flexible Shifts

Virgin Media O₂ in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Retail Advisor to help customers choose from mobile, broadband and TV products, building trust and guiding them to the best options. You’ll demonstrate features, take ownership of queries and work with a team to hit store targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You’ll start with 2 x 2-day induction sessions (30 hours) covering product knowledge, systems and customer experience, with ongoing coaching to support your growth.
