Customer Service Administrator – Poole – £28,000 per annum
As a Customer Support Administrator on £28,000, you’ll work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm, with your evenings and weekends your own.You’ll be the friendly, reliable voice customers count on when they need an answer.It’s a settled, supportive team where your organisation keeps everything running smoothly.

As a Customer Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Handle incoming and outbound customer calls, making sure every enquiry reaches the right person
- Resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating where needed
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date on the CRM system
- Coordinate field engineer schedules and keep customers updated on visits
- Prepare quotations and process orders from start to finish
- Work closely with internal departments to give customers a smooth, joined-up experience
As a Customer Support Administrator, your experience will include:
- At least 2 years in an administration or customer support role
- Confidence supporting customers by phone and email
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities calmly
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team
- A positive, resilient, solution-focused approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
