Youth Housing & Independence Support Officer

Llys Awen, operated by Pobl Group, is seeking a Scheme Support Officer in the Swansea area to help young people aged 16–21 move toward independent living. You will be the first point of contact, build trusting relationships, and guide budgeting, welfare benefits, and day-to-day living skills to empower residents.

You will collaborate with staff to deliver tenancy-related workshops, conduct health and safety checks, and develop community links that broaden access to support services for residents
