Job summary

The purpose of the post is to assist the Lands Manager and the Lands Officers in the delivery of services relating to the use of Council land, leasing and licensing of Council land as well as the disposal and acquisition of land.

Please note

  • This is a permanent, full-time post, working 36 hours per week.
  • The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm.
  • Based at City Hall, Bangor, maybe required to travel throughout the borough in order to meet the needs of the post.
  • A reserve list may be kept from this recruitment exercise.
