Middlesbrough Council is seeking a Customer Advice and Support Worker within the Housing Solutions Service in Middlesbrough. You will join the Front Door Team to provide compassionate, practical help to residents accessing housing, homelessness and domestic abuse services.
You will work in a multi-disciplinary environment, developing risk assessments and support plans while coordinating with partner teams to ensure people receive the right support at the right time.
