Job Description:
Bury Council is seeking a Children’s Social Worker to join the Looked after Children team. You will manage a caseload of looked-after children, complete risk and needs assessments, and develop care plans promoting the child’s best interests.
You will undertake LAC reviews, advocate for the child’s voice, and work with families, foster carers and multiple agencies to ensure safe, stable outcomes.
